BT – Enhancing BT's digital communications

BT is a leading communications service, with head offices in London, UK, operating in 170 countries around the world. The challenge for the 2014 annual report was two-fold; to engage the primary audience being BT’s time poor institutional investors and secondly to incorporate BT’s developed brand showcasing their business areas in a more engaging and timely manner.

Designer, Concept, Content creation

Developing on from the previous year's successful one page summaries, the 2014 site highlighted case studies through four short animations. The animations combined a mixture of still imagery, illustration and iconography to highlight the developments over the past year. Working with a Senior Designer and an Animator, we storyboarded and developed a look and feel for each of the animations based upon the strict content provided by BT.

Scrolling down reveals key content including a summary of their strategy and business models, financial highlights and investment case studies. Key information was delivered in an engaging, dynamic format, driving investors to further explore rich media content and download the full PDF annual report.
